“Enjoy. Here at the Waterside Hotel we enjoy our produce, the seasons, learning and entertaining. Without enjoyment, it’s not worth doing”.
Our restaurant menu features top quality cuts of meat (from a 250g Robbins Island Wagyu Flank Steak to a 1.2kg Rangers Valley Black Onyx Angus Tomahawk) grilled to perfection and a plump selection of seafood and vegetarian dishes including freshly-shucked oysters, whole roasted flathead, Swiss chard & ricotta pie and sweet potato dumplings with mustard greens & buffalo cheese.
If you’re after a quick bite, the Dog House serves up a selection of American style hot dogs every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5pm.
